JOPLIN -- The Columbia College baseball team earned the fourth seed in the 2018 AMC Baseball Championships but struggled in its opening game.

JEFFERSON CITY - Lincoln University's Diana Cauldwell was honored as the MIAA's women 's field athlete of the week on Monday.

COLUMBIA - Grand slams were heard around the stadium.

The Kentucky Wildcats started the game with a 4-1 lead.

The next three innings were scoreless for the Tigers as the Wildcats picked up two more runs.
