    COLUMBIA - Police arrested a man Thursday after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman and her two kids near a bus stop.

    Prosecutors charged John Snyder, 38, with sexual misconduct. According to a probable cause statement, the woman was at the bus stop on Highland Drive with her children Thursday morning. She said she heard one of her sons say "stop doing that," so she turned around and saw Snyder standing in a driveway making a masturbation-like motion.
