SPRINGFIELD (AP) — Springfield-area authorities are looking for an 8-year-old girl who disappeared from a Springfield apartment complex.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Springfield police issued an Amber Alert Tuesday for Rosalee Naomi Clark, who was last seen early Tuesday.
MU teaches students and staff how to handle an active shooter

COLUMBIA - In the wake of the deadly Santa Fe High School shooting, the MU Police Department will be hosting an active shooter response training.
MU students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in the training on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. The two hour course will take place in Jesse Auditorium.

BRUSSELS (AP) — Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg faces senior European Union lawmakers later Tuesday to answer questions about a scandal over the alleged misuse of the data of millions of Facebook users.
In testimony to be broadcast live, Zuckerberg will be questioned by leaders of the European Parliament's main party groups and committees.
Missing teen found early Tuesday morning

COLUMBIA - The Columbia Police Department said it found a missing teen around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities said Brice Key, 17, disappeared around 9:00 p.m. Monday around the 3700 block of Weymeyer Drive.

COLUMBIA - An on-going rift between two east campus communities has come to a breaking point. Non-resident property owners want to remove themselves from the East Campus Neighborhood Association and start their own.
Columbia City Council will hear the concerned group's request to be recognized as an official association tonight.

KANSAS CITY (AP) — A Kansas City man who told authorities he was hearing "voices" when he wounded two men has been charged with fatally shooting a third man on the same night.
Platte County Prosecutor Eric Zahnd announced Monday that 41-year-old Arnoldo Pompa-Rascon is indicted on first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges in the deadly May 11 shooting of popular tattoo artist Russell Fisk.
30th annual "Run for the Wall" motorcycle ride stops in Columbia

COLUMBIA - More than 670 motorcycles poured into the Phillips 66 gas station off I-70 as the "Run for the Wall" motorcycle ride stopped in Columbia on Monday afternoon.
The ride starts in Los Angeles and ends in Washington D.C. at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall.

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office announced late Monday that a special prosecutor has been selected in Gov. Eric Greitens' invasion of privacy case.
Jean Peters Baker, the prosecuting attorney of Jackson County, agreed to the job, according to the CAO.
