FULTON - A teenager pleaded guilty to a charge of peace disturbance in July and was given two years probation as a sentence.

Police took 17-year-old Tyra Pope into custody in early March after administrators contacted them in regards to the alleged threat.

According to the probable cause statement, Pope made comments to a teacher and other students threatening to shoot up the school, warning people "don’t come to school tomorrow."

Prosecutors originally charged Pope with making a terrorist threat, but Pope's guilty plea was to a misdemeanor charge.
