1 Dead, 1 Hurt in St. Louis Drive-by Shooting
ST. LOUIS (AP) -- St. Louis police are searching for those responsible for a drive-by shooting that killed one man and left another injured.
KSDK-TV reports that the shooting happened Monday night. Two men in a sport utility vehicle drove to Barnes-Jewish Hospital. One was dead and the other injured.
The shooting happened in north St. Louis when a black car pulled alongside and opened fire. Authorities say the SUV had at least 10 bullet holes.
The SUV driver, a 26-year-old, was shot three times in the back, arm and knee but was able to drive to the hospital. A 25-year-old passenger died from a bullet to the head.
The condition of the driver was not immediately known.
