3 arrested in Mexico drug bust
MEXICO — Authorities arrested three Mexico residents during a drug bust Friday night.
Officers arrested Benjamin Angell, Rodnick Kuda and Amy Sparks after finding methamphetamine, synthetic cannabinoid and drug paraphernalia in a house on Omar Street.
Angell, 24, and Kuda, 21, face multiple drug possession charges.
Sparks, 40, had a warrant from Audrain County for assault and a warrant from Callaway County for skipping a court appearance related to charges of driving under a revoked license.
Kuda also had a warrant from Jefferson County for failing to appear in court on different drug-related charges.
The East Central Drug Task Force conducted the search, under warrant, with help from the Mexico Public Safety Department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Audrain County Sheriff's Office.
