All Suspects in Cole County Home Invasion In Custody
JEFFERSON CITY - Police have taken all three suspects from the Cole County home invasion into custody on Wednesday. The home invasion took place on Monday, June 3, in Jefferson City.
"At that time, there were approximately four occupants in the residence. The residence heard a knocking on the door and one of the subjects opened up the door and three subjects entered the residence," said Cole County Patrol Vision Commander Gary Hill.
Two of the suspects, Kendrick Warren and Byron Davis, were taken into custody the night of the invasion. Jackson County Sheriff's Department took Danny Galbreath into custody Wednesday. Police say they don't know where the weapon is at this time. All three men have been charged with armed criminal action, second degree assault, resisting by fleeing, and first degree robbery and face 5 to15 years in prison.
Police couldn't reveal the names of the victims, but say they range between the ages of 13-30. None of them were injured.
