COLUMBIA -- Columbia head women's basketball coach Mike Davis has announced the signing of Amber Percival to a Letter of Intent to join the Lady Cougar basketball program for the 2013-14 season.

Percival, a 5-8 point guard, spent the past four years at Willard High School playing for her father, Mike Percival.

During her career at Willard, Amber accumulated 1,083 points, 438 rebounds, and 367 assists in addition to numerous all-tournament team honors.

"We are really happy that Amber will be joining the Lady Cougars next season," said Davis. "She has great court vision and a true passion for the game. She plays the game the right way and can shoot it from deep. Amber shot 43% from beyond the arc this season and we believe she will be a great fit at Columbia College."
