American Red Cross Names New Community Market Manager
JEFFERSON CITY - The American Red Cross Heart of Missouri Chapter has named a new community market manager located in Columbia.
Clayton Kennedy, a Columbia resident, began his new duties on October 15. Kennedy's position responsibilities include overseeing relationships with four United Way agencies, local donors and corporations.
The job requires working with three Leadership Councils, as well as managing branch offices in Columbia, Fulton and Mexico.
The Columbia based American Red Cross branch will mainly cater to counties north of the Missouri River including; Audrain, Boone, Calloway, Carroll, Chariton, Cooper, Howard, Montgomery, Randolph and Saline.
Kennedy was previously with the Peace Corps for two years in El Salvador before holding community and statewide management positions with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
