Gov. Blunt created the nine-member committee Tuesday to find ways to promote renewable resources, and help Missouri residents who need help paying heating bills. The governor says high fuel prices are forcing the state to look at other energy sources. The head of the Public Service Commission will lead the task force, which includes state House and Senate leaders, members of the House and Senate energy committees, the lieutenant governor, the state public counsel, and people from  the departments of agriculture and natural resources.
