Bracey For Maximum Impact
And its not just his speed that has his teammates smiling.
Whenever you mention the name Greg Bracey, most of his teammates will have similar reactions.
"He might be one of the funniest guys on the team," Tigers redshirt freshman wideout Jeremy Maclin said. "Great guy, great guy to be around. Funny, knows how to have fun. Real laid back."
"Bracey's personality is one of a kind," Missouri senior tight end Martin Rucker said. "He's a great guy, he's funny all the time. He's kind of like me in where he does what he wants."
But Bracey's demeanor isn't the only thing that impresses his teammates... His speed is undeniable.
He's a former MU track athlete who competed in the 100- and 200-meter races.
While juggling both sports was difficult, Bracey knows how much his speed help his teammates.
"Rather if it's going in there and going deep and trying to catch the ball or just clearing it out so you say these fast guys like J-Mac and our tight ends and wide receivers can get the ball," Bracey said. "That's what I bring to the table."
He also knows that his comedic relief contributes too.
"You know, if people are having that bad day they always can depend on me to just be me," Bracey said. "I don't know. Its always expect the unexpected with me."
Although Bracey already played his last home game, his MU career is...
"Dot dot dot 'for right now,' because its not over yet," he said.
With those fast feet and faster sense of humor, Bracey's next endeavor shouldn't be much to tackle.
