BREAKING NEWS: Police Investigating Reports of Kidnapping

COLUMBIA - Police said late Friday a reported kidnapping in north Columbia is now classified as an assault. Spokesperson Jill Wieneke said via Twitter CPD authorities are currently speaking with the "kidnapping" victim, however a suspect is not in custody.
