Bush Talks Energy in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS - President Bush told a St. Louis audience Thursday not to be complacent about supporting other energy sources just because gasoline prices are falling. At a conference on renewable energy, Bush said lower gas prices won't dim his enthusiasm for "making sure we diversify away from oil." The conference is designed to look at ways to speed up the feasability of renewable energies. Echoing his State of the Union message that America must end its addiction to foreign oil, Bush said by providing new energy sources, the U.S. can decrease dependence on resources abroad.
