Jefferson City, Mo. -The Missouri State Museum invites everyone to learn more about caves in Missouri on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. Part of the museum's Resource Hall will be transformed into an underground grotto.
Missouri has more than 6,300 known caves.This event wants to expose Missourians to different cave features, life within a cave and discover how caves have been used through time.There will also be other cave-related hands-on activities.
The evening entry to the museum will be through the carriage entrance on the south side of the building underneath the grand staircase.
