CENTRALIA - Centralia Police arrested two people Tuesday afternoon after they sold a quarter-gram of meth.

41-year-old Paul Alan Boles, of Mexico, and 32-year-old Holly Renee Blankenship of Fulton were arrested directly following the drug deal.

Each were charged with three felony counts: class "B" distribution of a controlled substance, class "C" possession of a controlled substance, and class "D" possession of drug paraphernalia.

The two latter charges carry a $4,500 bond each, and the suspects are awaiting a bond amount for the distribution counts, pending formal charges.

Blankenship may also face misdemeanor motor vehicle registration charges. Both are being held at the Boone County Jail.
