Clark injured in loss to South Carolina
COLUMBIA, South Carolina - Missouri guard Wes Clark suffered a gruesome elbow injury Missouri Tiger's game against South Carolina tonight.
Clark went down in the second-half writhing in pain after a South Carolina player landed on top of his right arm. No official diagnosis on Clark's injury has been released.
Clark was the Tigers' leading scorer going into halftime. Kieth Shamberger ended up as the team's leading scorer after 4 quarters with 13 points. The Tiger defense struggled on the boards, allowing the Gamecocks to collect 18 offensive rebounds.
Mizzou would go on to lose their 10th straight game 65-60.
The Tigers remain at the bottom of the SEC East standings with a conference record of 1-10. Their next game is on February 14 at Mizzou Arena against the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
