FAYETTE, Mo. - Blue Springs' Andrew Wright will be staying home to play his college basketball.

The 6'0 guard has signed with Central Methodist University for the 2013-14 season, coach Jeff Sherman announced.

Wright was an All-Conference and All-Area honorable mention selection last season as he led Blue Springs to a 25-3 record and a Class 5 District 14 championship.

"Andrew is one of the better 3-point shooters in the state and has an excellent background and knowledge of the game of basketball," said Sherman. "He has a very good work ethic and is a clutch player in crucial situations."

Wright joins guard John Palmer and forward Zach Adams in the 2013 Spring Signing Class
