Columbia Airline Fund Not Billed for Fifth Consecutive Month
COLUMBIA - The City of Columbia announced Thursday that the Air Service Revenue Guarantee Fund was billed $0 in July.
City officials said July's invoice marked the fifth consecutive month that American Airlines has not required a payment from the fund.
City officials said American reported that pre-bookings on future flights continued to perform very well.
American Airlines began flying out of Columbia Regional Airport in February.
