COLUMBIA - The Columbia Cougars men's soccer team beat the Williams Baptist College Eagles 6-1 in an American Midwest Conference game on Saturday.

The Cougars (11-2-1, 4-1-0 AMC) got on the board early as Marko Paunovic scored in the 2nd minute of the game.

In the second half, the Cougars scored five times. Dylan Barduzzi had two, while Yudai Yamaguchi, Danny Baird, and Liam Cain each had one.

The Eagles (4-7, 0-4 AMC) lone goal came in the 58th minute.

The Cougars hit the road to take on Harris-Stowe State University on Tuesday, October 18th.
