COLUMBIA - Columbia police officers responded to a strong arm robbery of a delivery driver in the 2700 block of Quail Drive early Monday around 12:14 a.m.

According to department spokesperson Latisha Stroer, the investigation into the incident revealed five to seven juvenile males assaulted the deliver driver. The suspects then fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, property and food.

The K9 Unit tracked the suspects to the dead end near Bass Pro. Stroer said this is all the information available at this time.
