Columbia Residents Attend Annual Holiday Parade
COLUMBIA - Residents from across Columbia gathered downtown Sunday evening to watch the city's annual holiday parade.
Hundreds of people stood along Broadway as the city's 31st incarnation of the parade began.
This year, the Boy Scouts served as the parade's Grand Marshal.
That organization just celebrated its 100th aniversary.
The parade started on College Avenue this year and progressed all the way to Fifth street.
It started at 3 p.m. and ended about an hour later.
