CAMDEN/MORGAN COUNTIES — The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission today awarded a contract to resurface nearly three miles of Route 54 in Camden County and almost 28 miles of Route 5 in Camden and Morgan counties.

Magruder Paving, LLC of Troy, Mo., was awarded the contract after submitting the low bid of $6,425,514.61.

APAC-Missouri, Inc. of Columbia, Mo., was awarded the contract after submitting the low bid of $ 84,311.29.

The work will take place during the 2013 construction season. Motorists should expect lane closures and minor delays during construction.
