Control School for Acidified Food Processors
COLUMBIA - The University of Missouri Extension will hold a better process control school Monday and Tuesday on the MU campus.
The class is specifically designed for processors of acidified food products.
It will teach how to process different categories of foods preserved by acids in order to be in compliance with food regulations.
There will be another better process control school event designed for thermal processing of low acid products in May.
