Convention and Visitors Bureau Names Crane to Convention Services Post
COLUMBIA - The Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau named Terra Crane its new Convention Services Manager Friday. Among Crane's responsibilties, she will service meetings, conferences and conventions to ensure a smooth visit for Columbia's guests. Crane starts Monday.
A Columbia native, Crane has worked for the city for 10 years, most recently as an administrative assistant and the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
"We're very excited to have Terra move into her new position," Convention and Visitors Bureau Acting Director Amy Schneider said. "Her experience working with the services department and her enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service makes her ideal for this position."
Crane has a degree in psychology and religious studies from MU.
