Cougar Men Hold at No. 6

COLUMBIA -- In the NAIA Division I Men's Basketball Top 25 Rating released on Tuesday, the Cougar men's basketball squad held at No. 6 after moving up four spots from the preseason poll. The Cougars, who are 10-0 on the season, tallied 235 votes.

The top four spots remained in place from a week ago in the men's poll, with Oklahoma Baptist University holding the No. 1 spot with eight first place votes and a 10-1 record. Cumberlands (Ky.) is second with a perfect 12-0 record, followed Lee (Tenn.), who is 11-0. Pikeville (Ky.) is fourth, followed by Westmont (Calif.) who made the biggest leap this week after not receiving any points in the previous poll.

The Cougar men's basketball squad is in action Friday, December 14th in the Arena of Southwell Complex vs. Benedictine College. Tip-off is scheduled for Noon.
