Cougar Outdoor Track Runs in Missouri Invitational

COLUMBIA - The Cougar outdoor track teams took part in the Missouri Invitational on Saturday, with three runners participating in the 1,500 meter event.

Freshman Julia Montgomery placed 16th in the women's 1,500 meter run, running in a time of 5:05.25.

On the men's side, freshman Devin Sander came in 19th overall with a time of 4:07.28. Fellow freshman Jordan Andrews followed him in 41st position in a time of 4:29.52.

Columbia will return to the track for the Washington University Invitational on Friday, March 29th and Saturday, March 30th. The event will take place at the Bushyhead Track in St. Louis.
