Couple Arrested for Counterfeit Money

JAMSETOWN - Justin J. Dueberm, 32, and Toni Ann Kusgen, 33, attempted to use a counterfeit 100 dollar bill at a McDonalds in California, Mo. Police arrested the couple and found a loaded pistol in their vehicle.

The officers found five counterfeit one hundred dollar bills and 17 counterfeit twenty dollar bills at their home. Police also siezed methamphetamine, digital scales and packaging material associated with methamphetamine.

Justin J. Dueber was charged with forgery, unlawful possession of a firearm, and resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony. Dueber is being held on a $20,000.00 cash or surety bond at the Moniteau County Jail

Toni Ann Kusgen was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and two counts of forgery. Kusgen is being held without bond at the Moniteau County Jail
