COLUMBIA - Crews began clearing the snowfall early Tuesday morning in downtown Columbia, getting a quicker start to the cleanup than last week's snow storm.

KOMU 8 News reporters measured the snowfall from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m., and it ranged from about four to six inches.

Power lines in the area were slumping from the snowfall and various traffic lights on Stadium Blvd. and Providence Rd. were also out this morning. Use caution if you're planning to leave your home.
