Crime Free Businesses
Fulton Police and the Kingdom of Callaway Chamber of Commerce are taking steps to show local business owners how to keep their business safe.
It's called the Crime-Free Business Program and the two Callaway groups met Friday and talked with local businesses.
Some say working closely with the police is the most important way to protect your business.
"When I left for vacation, I had the police do an extra patrol around my business when I was gone 'cause I was out of state," says Scott Belmar, owner of Just for Games.
Police are bringing the crime-free business program to Centralia next Friday.
