COLUMBIA — The Boone County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to a 911 hang up call Saturday evening. Officials said they soon learned there had been a home invasion robbery on Demaret Drive.
Two unknown males wearing all dark clothing with items covering their facial features forcefully entered a residence. According to a press release, both male subjects were in possession of a firearm.
Upon entry, the subjects demanded money from the residents. The subjects left the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and property from the residence.
Authorities reported no injuries.
