Disabilities Commission to Discuss New Service Animals Commission

COLUMBIA -The new service animals ordinance will be the topic of conversation Thursday for the Columbia City Council Disabilities Commission.
The new ordinance includes the exact definition of a service animal and declares that it's illegal for any public business owner to prohibit the use of service animal. The meeting begins at 3 p.m.
