COLUMBIA - The Sixth Annual EcoArtFest continued Sunday despite the less-than-appealing weather. The Missouri River Cultural Conservancy hosted the event, which was held at Cooper's Landing in Columbia.

Local artists performed on stage while visitors shopped booths. Missouri River Relief was also present at the event. "We've been taking groups out all weekend picking up trash off the river," said Steve Schnarr, program manager for the group.

Schnarr said Missouri River Relief took about 50 people out on the lake over the weekend and will continue more clean-ups around the Columbia area throughout the week.  Schnarr also said there will be more clean-ups spreading toward the St. Louis area over the next month and a half.

To find out how you can help with any of the water clean-ups, go to the Missouri River Relief website here.
