ELSBERRY, Mo. (AP) - An eastern Missouri man has been sentenced - again - for a series of arson fires in his hometown.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 32-year-old Roy William Gunn of Elsberry pleaded guilty last week in Lincoln County Circuit Court, and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
Gunn admitted setting fire to four different Elsberry buildings in 2011.
In December, he was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for the same fires.
Gunn's motive was not clear. He had prior arson and burglary convictions in Texas.
