Ethan Harvey Waives Preliminary Hearing
MEXICO - Ethan Harvey waived his preliminary hearing in an Audrain County Court on Wednesday. According to court documents his case will be moved to circuit court where he can stand a jury trial. He will be arraigned on June 23.
Harvey will be tried as an adult for second degree murder in connection with the murder of 20-year-old James McNeely from Ohio. His father Chester and brother Chad have both already pleaded guilty to murder and were sentenced to life in prison without parole.
