Fire Causes $200,000 in Damages to Columbia Home
No one was injured in the blaze as the homeowners were out of town.
Firefighters responded to a call at 3409 Nottingham Court at 10:20 p.m.
When the crews arrived, they found smoke and flames coming from the house.
The home was already half-way engulfed.
"I ran outside, it was raining and I, I was worried; there was flames going straight up and out this way, you could see cinders coming down. I was like 'My house is going to burn down, what am i going to do?'" Neighbor Holly Sam said.
Sam said the homeowners returned to Columbia today.
Investigators say damage from the blaze is nearly $200,000.
