First Day of Deer Season
"We come out here every year. We've been coming out for the past ten years, my husband, I, my daughter, our son, and my youngest boy," Angela Ochsenbine said.
The first day of the hunting season is a tradition. For Angela, this season is one she will not forget.
"This is the first year I ever got anything, and I've been hunting for five years," she said. "It felt good - it was crazy."
This year overpopulation of deer means many hunters may experience the same kind of luck. The family said it does not matter if they get any deer, but they do have three so far.
The rifle portion of deer season lasts until November 20th.
