Foster Parent Marijuana Bust
GRANBY (AP) - The foster parents of eight children are accused of smoking marijuana with a state social worker who was checking on a child in their southwest Missouri home. Wayne O'Neal Senior, Christel O'Neal and a state caseworker are charged in Newton County with two counts each of child endangerment. Prosecutors say the O'Neals had as many as eight foster children and two of their own children living with them this month when marijuana allegedly was smoked in their home. An affidavit says a 17-year-old foster child told law officers about marijuana use in the home.
