Four Arrests Made in Boone County Burglaries
COLUMBIA - Boone County sheriff's deputies arrested four people Thursday night in connection with numerous burglaries at an office building on Trade Winds Parkway earlier in the day.
Deputies responded to Magnuss Enterprises Thursday morning after employees arriving for work at numerous businesses reported burglaries. Magnuss Enterprises is a large office building complex housing different companies.
Deputies recovered approximately $5,000 worth of electronics, computer equipment, office equipment and a flat screen TV taken in the burglaries at two residences on East St. Charles Road.
Deputies arrested Kelsey C. Skouby, 22, of E. St. Charles Road, on suspicion of receiving stolen property, felony endangering the welfare of a child, and distribution of a controlled substance. They also arrested Angela K. Clayton, 22, of E. St. Charles Road, on the suspicions, as well as four counts of forgery. Both Skouby and Clayton are being held in the Boone County Jail, Skouby on $13,500 bond and Clayton on $19,500.
Deputies arrested Nathan A. Clayton, 21, and James L. Walters, 46, both of E. St. Charles Road, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held in Boone County Jail on $1,000 bond.
