Fulton man pleads guilty to domestic assault, resisting arrest
FULTON - Travis Cooke, 30, pleaded guilty Wednesday to domestic assault in the second degree, as well as resisting arrest after a three-hour manhunt in March.
Cooke was sentenced to four years in prison after admitting to striking the female victim in the face in February.
In March, Cooke fled from law enforcement offiicers and led them on a manhunt involving the Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers and aircraft, as well as the Missouri Department of Conservation. The chase began with an outstanding felony warrant for narcotics from Warren County.
Both cases were investigated by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.
