Gov. Nixon to Visit Mexico

MEXICO -  Governor Jay Nixon will visit the Missouri Plant Science Center in Mexico today to discuss the importance of passing a jobs package.


Friday's topic is the Missouri Science and Innovation Reinvestment Act or MOSIRA.
It's part of the made in Missouri Jobs Package, which passed the vote on Wednesday.
Friday Governor Nixon will talk about how the jobs package will create jobs by fostering scientific and technology innovation.
