JEFFERSON CITY - An individual is now in stable condition after being transferred from Capital Regional Hospital to University Hospital early Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to a report of multiple shots fired in the Stadium Blvd area in Jefferson City. The victim suffered a gunshot wound and Jefferson City Police Department detectives are currently investigating.
