Meeting on plane crash in Kirksville ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The National Transportation Safety Board will hold a public board meeting next Tuesday in Washington regarding the plane crash that killed 13 people in Kirksville. The accident occurred in October 2004 when a Corporate Airlines jet crashed short of the runway. The passengers were headed to a workshop at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. The flight had departed from Lambert Airport in St. Louis.
