Highway Patrol Responds to Fatal Head On Collision

BOONE COUNTY - The Missouri Highway Patrol reported a head on collision Monday night on North Highway 124 near Centrailia.

Officials will only confirm the crash was fatal. No information has been released as to how many people died or other information about the victims.

Troopers are on the scene investigating.
