Holts Summit man charged with multiple felonies in domestic dispute
CALLAWAY COUNTY - Prosecutors charged a Holts Summit man with multiple felonies Friday in connection to a domestic dispute.
The Callaway County prosecuting attorney charged 33-year-old James P. Harrison with armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, burglary and domestic assault.
Sheriff's deputies responded to a disturbance in the 1700 block of Lee Street Thursday night. When they arrived, they said Harrison fled the scene. They later found him in Jefferson City and took him into custody.
Investigators said Harrison was unlawfully staying at a family member's home. He also threatened people with a firearm and assaulted a family member, according to officials.
