Jefferson City Hosts Holiday Celebration

JEFFERSON CITY -  Downtown Jefferson City will kick off the Christmas holiday season with its annual living window showcase form 6 to 9 Friday night.

Storefronts and windows will come alive with dancers, singers, religious, and holiday themes.  Santa Claus will make his yearly visit to Hawthorn Bank as well.

More than 50 groups will fill High Street from Jefferson Street to Adams Street for entertainment.  The event is free to the public.
