Local Youth Organization Awarded Nearly $250,000 in Tax Credits
HARRISBURG - The Missouri Department of Economic Development approved Coyote Hill on Monday for $249,566 in tax credits.
Missouri DED said the organization was approved for the state tax credits under the Youth Opportunities Program (YOP).
"Donations received as part of this YOP project will be directed to the provision of services that enable youth to become successful, productive members of the community," said Keener Tippin, communications coordinator for Missouri DED, via a media release.
YOP provides tax credits to organizations committed to youth development or crime prevention.
Coyote Hill began in 1991 and offers various programs for abused and neglected kids around Missouri.
