CENTRALIA - Centralia police arrested a Columbia man Monday evening after he allegedly threatened to hurt two victims if they did not have sex with him.
Mark E. Havrum then allegedly became aggressive toward arresting officers who asked him for identification.
Havrum has been charged with trespassing, sexual misconduct and assault on a law enforcement officer.
Havrum had already been ordered twice in the past three months not to have contact with two other separate people. One order was dropped after the person who filed the restraining order withdrew their petition.
He had been due to appear in court on a domestic abuse charged June 18 before the hearing was cancelled.
