RANDOLPH COUNTY - A Norris Quarries LLC employee died Monday morning after his Caterpillar haul truck overturned at Norris Quarries.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol, at 9:15 a.m., 58-year-old David Gully ran off the edge of the quarry high wall. State Highway Patrol reported the truck fell into the quarry and overturned several times. Gully was ejected from the truck. The vehicle then rolled on top of him.
Norris Quarries confirmed that Gully worked for the company and the company is shut down Monday following his death.
