Man Shoots into House in Road Rage Fueled Incident
ST. CLAIR, Mo. (AP) - An eastern Missouri man is accused of shooting into a house occupied by a man, woman and 9-year-old child, an attack that police say was spurred by a road rage incident.
Charges of unlawful use of a weapon were filed against 19-year-old Jordan Johnson-Tabb of St. Clair.
On Sunday, a car crossed the center line of a Franklin County highway, narrowly missing an oncoming car. Authorities say the driver of the car that swerved recognized the other driver, picked up Johnson-Tabb, then drove to the home of the distracted driver.
Johnson-Tabb allegedly fired several shots into the car and house of the other driver. The two adults and the child were not hit by bullets, but the woman suffered cuts from broken glass.
Johnson-Tabb does not have a listed attorney.
