Mexico Man Dies in Train Accident
MEXICO - A 76-year-old Mexico man died around 8:30 Tuesday morning after a Norfolk Southern Train hit his car.
Paul Meyers' 2010 Ford Ranger was hit by the train at an uncontrolled railroad crossing at 20486 Highway 22.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Meyers was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
Audrain County Coroner Pat Farnen pronounced the Meyers dead at the scene.
